These elegant Kutani bottle vases are richly enamelled in iron-red and gold, the tall cylindrical necks adorned with scrolling gilded arabesques. The rounded body features finely detailed panels of seasonal flowers and foliage framed by gilt borders. A classic and refined example of Meiji-period Kutani ware, celebrated for its intricate decoration and vibrant palette. Collector’s Notes: Kutani ware is admired for its ornate overglaze enamelling and lavish gold use. This form, with its long neck and bold floral motifs, embodies the artistry of late 19th-century Japanese porcelain, ideal for collectors of Imari and Kutani ceramics. Imported from England.
