Shipping times vary from 4-8 weeks, however, we strive to deliver as fast as possible. We are often able to ship sooner, but certain areas - West Coast, Remote Locations - you know who you are! - may take longer. However rest assured, nothing makes us happier than seeing a piece of furniture on its way to our customer!

We do not allow returns. Please make sure the piece will fit in your space prior to purchase, and that you have gotten all necessary approvals from your spouse, significant other, or pet! We know you will be happy with the piece when you get it!

Yes, we do! From May - October you can see our furniture in person at 113 Antrim, Charlevoix, Michigan. We're open Mon-Sat 11am-4pm.

Yes, we love local pickups! "Local pick-up" is a radio button option at checkout. If you would like to pick up your item, we are available by appointment only. The pick-up address is 13151 Northend, Oak Park, Michigan, 48327. Note that local pick up is subject to Michigan sales tax.

Yes, we are happy to accommodate your own shipping arrangements during business hours M-F, 9-5 pm, by appointment. You are responsible for arranging all pickup & delivery details. You assume full responsibility for items once they are with your courier.
