There are few things in the world that age as beautifully as leather. Premium leathers develop much of their character as time passes, developing a unique depth in colour that makes them incredibly beautiful. Aged leather also becomes supple while maintaining its strength, making leather goods nicer to use when they get older.
In terms of English antiques, leather tends to be found on more contemporary products that some will class as vintage. However, leather furniture has been around for many centuries, so I will occasionally see stunning antiques featuring beautifully aged patinas.
All of our vintage and antique leather products have been sourced first-hand by me and my team during our searches across the world. We always seek only the finest authentic products, brilliantly crafted and full of unique stories to tell.
