A pair of old English walnut hall chairs with great needlepoint upholstery! The silhouettes are stunning! Lovely carved back splats. Beautiful proportions. Easy-going and solid - ready to use! Solid and ready to use. Imported from England. Should not be "scooted" across the floor on or leaned back on. Perhaps not everyday chairs, but useful. I have a set of 8 of these in my dining room. These chairs are c1750.
