Antique and Rare Chinese Famille Rose Ground Enamel panel on Porcelain. The yellow area has a detailed SCAFFIATO carved design. Excellent quality decoration all hand painted and hand drawn outlines in opaque famille rose enamels. The front panel features a bird carrying a sprig and beautiful flowers and leaves. The inside and underside of the vase is plain white with very few flecks of brown throughout the vase. There are no chips or Cracks. One area on the rim is missing the yellow enamel paint, and there is some discoloration in the yellow area to the side of the ground enamel area. Marked: Qianlong Nian Zhi - "Qianlong Period Make, Great Qing Dynasty" likely dating between WWI & WWII 1918-1939. Imported from England. A delightful and sunny piece!
