Handwoven Willow Flower Gathering Baskets

In my continued effort to bring you British made artisan crafts, I am thrilled to offer these handmade English lower gatherer baskets!!

These baskets are made by basket weaver Peter Dibble. Peter lives and works in Suffolk, England and has been a full-time basket maker since 1997. He initially learnt from his father-in-law, Will Berry, a Suffolk maker but has since gone on to develop his own style and range. He makes functional baskets for everyday use from his own grown willows and willows bought from the Somerset Levels, the last major willow growing region in England.

Lovely for walking the garden to gather cutting flowers or harvesting vegetables. Also useful for storing magazines, books or other items next to your favorite chair!
